2025 Swim Team Practice Schedule
Swim Team pracitces are Monday - Friday                              UPDATED 04/29/2025
         9:30-10:00am    6 & Younger - Group 1  (this group needs LITTLE/NO assistance IN the water)
        10:15-10:45am   6 & Younger - Group 2 (this group needs assistance IN the water)
         9:30-10:15am     Age Group 7 & 8
        10:15-11:00am    Age Group 9 & 10
        11:00-11:45am    Age Group 11 & Older 
 
Dive Team pracitces are Monday - Friday
       Times will be opposite of swim team practice time for each age group
       We will determine times by 05/20/2025 - based on registration 
 
Swim Lessons - we will not offer swim lessons in 2025

​SSA League Information

Practice Cancellation Policy

Coaches will determine if weather allows for practice or not.  PHSC will ALWAYS have practice UNLESS weather is unsafe, i.e. thunder/lightening or heavy rain.
Communication will be sent via email and FB post ONLY when practice is CANCELLED, if you do NOT receive an email or see a FB post by 9am, PRACTICE IS ON!!
Sometimes, we arrive at the pool and the weather is fine. On the occasion the weather pattern changes, we allow swimmers to hang our under the shelter.
These mornings can be fun for the swimmers, and usually end in FUN games and silliness with coaches and teammates - these are when memories from swim team are made!!

Meet Cancellation Policy

Duel meets will NOT be cancelled before 6:15PM.  In the event lightning and/or thunder occur in the vicinity of the host pool, a 20-minute delay is required.  The total amount of delays will not exceed one hour for any one meet.  SSA reps and coaches and/or club representatives shall determine whether a meet should be cancelled or suspended.
If weather or imminent circumstances deem it necessary to stop the meet, it is considered an officially completed dual meet after event #46 (or last individual medley event).
