Now Hiring for the 2026 Pool Season with SwimSafe Pool Management!

We are excited to announce that as of the 2026 pool season, PHSC is partnering with SwimSafe Pool Management to manage our pool operations and staffing!

SwimSafe is a professional pool management company providing comprehensive services, including staffing, training, maintenance, swim lessons, concessions, and more to pools throughout the region. Employment Opportunities Available

SwimSafe is currently hiring for a variety of positions for the upcoming pool season, including:

  • Lifeguards – provide lifeguard coverage and ensure member safety. 

  • Pool Managers & Assistant Managers – oversee daily pool operations and staff. 

  • Concessions Staff – support food service operations. 

  • Attendants – assist with maintenance, cleaning, and guest services. 

 

Training & Certifications

SwimSafe provides training and certification opportunities, including lifeguard training (StarGuard Elite and other accepted certifications), making it easier to qualify for seasonal positions and develop your skills throughout the summer.

Swim Coaches & Junior Coaches – Job Expectations

  • Swim Team Coach applications will be released February 2024

  • Junior Coach applications will open February 2024

  • ALL Swim Team applications must be sent to PHSCSwimTeam@gmail.com

  • Swim Coaches include Assistant Coaches and Junior Coaches

Junior Coaches
Junior Coaches are Coaches in Training who wish to work daily in the water with swimmers and coaches. This role is designed for individuals who are not yet old enough to be a coach but are eager to learn and gain experience.

Important Notes for Applicants

  • We expect to receive more Swim Team Coach applications than available positions. Applicants are encouraged to provide as much detail as possible when completing their application.

  • Assistant Coaches and Junior Coaches are expected to attend all practices and scheduled events/meets.

  • Assistant Coaches and Junior Coaches must be members of PHSC.

  • Assistant Coaches and Junior Coaches must swim at least relay events for the team during meets (if age-eligible).
