PHSC Employment:
For the PARENTS:
1) PHSC makes it a priority to hire active members (member's children). For many young people, this will be their first job, and it is PHSC's desire that their experience be a rewarding one.
2) PHSC Management will work directly with employees (your children) on scheduling, timeliness, and work performance. We highly encourage parents to stay connected with their children's work schedule and staying current with certifications (lifeguards), but PHSC management will hold the employee responsible to established standards. If there are any questions or concerns, the employee is expected to raise them, and work with managment for resolution.

Swim Coaches & Junior Coaches - Job Expectations
- 2024 Swim Team Coach applications will be released in February 2024
- 2024 Junior Coach applications will be open in February 2024
- Send ALL Swim Team Applications to PHSCSwimTeam@gmail.com
- Swim Coaches include Assistant and Junior Coaches
- Junior Coaches are Coaches in Training who wish to work with swimmers and coaches in the water daily, who aren't old enough to be a coach, but want to learn!
- Swim Team Coach Applcants: we expect to receive more applicants for coaching than we have open positions; please keep this in mind when filling out the applications, provide as much information as possible.
- Assistant Coaches and Junior Coaches are expected to be at all practices and scheduled events/meets.
- Assistant Coaches and Junior Coaches MUST be members of PHSC and must swim at least relay events for the team during event (if age eligible)
